Anthony Hamawi is a Lebanese comedian, host, improviser, screenwriter and creative producer. His work spans television, radio, film, live performance and conversation—from 3as3us, Quickies and MTV’s Aan Jadd? to recurring appearances on Hzar Baad Hzar, 3a Ka3ba, LAF, Kawnversation and TEDxMUBS.
Anthony Hamawi is a Lebanese comedian, host, improviser, screenwriter and creative producer whose work spans television, radio, film, live performance and long-form conversation. He began performing musical comedy and improv with Shant Kabakian as 3as3us in 2012; the duo later appeared in the Arabic adaptation of Impractical Jokers. He went on to co-create Quickies and appear on programmes including MTV’s El Layle Jnoun and Talk of the Town. In 2024, he headlined MTV’s 17-episode comedy game show Aan Jadd? and co-wrote the Lebanese feature film The Farm (Al Mazraea). Since 2025, he has appeared as a recurring weekly guest on ONE TV and ONE FM’s Hzar Baad Hzar. Anthony is a co-founder and core performer of 3a Ka3ba and a co-founder of LAF Improv Hub. He hosted and co-created the ten-episode first season of Kawnversation in 2026. That year, he delivered the TEDxMUBS talk “When Life Goes Off Script,” exploring improvisation as a way to navigate uncertainty and respond under pressure. Before entertainment became his profession, he trained and worked as a mechanical engineer.
